Les Drapeaux de France, since 1949 in the gardens of the Palais Royal, in the heart of Paris, exhibits a collection of new and antiques pieces . The history of the shop begins 70 years ago in a small workshop creating tinsoldiers about every periods of the French history . Every figure was created on demand and hand painted. The art of figurines has not changed much nowadays and if the new technologies and materials are allowing a new level of details, nothing can replace the work of specialised sculptors and painters .
 
  Today, with more than 100.000 old and new references, Les Drapeaux de France are blessed with an international reputation from collectors all over the world, coming at the shop to discover one of the last place perpetuating the art of figurines.
